What is included in your subscription pacakge?

Our job posting packages grants you 30-days of published job advertising on our online portal plus access to our resume database and support services.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund for all job posting adverts and resume access purchased on Talent Ghana. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, let us know so we can make it right.

What happens if I cancel?

The job posting adverts will be removed from our site and your access to our resume database will also cease. Any applications received and resumes received will still be available for you to use.

You can always re-subscribed to our paid subscription job posting and resume packages at any time.

Why do you have 30-days subscriptions?

It means that we are committed to our customers and also jobs advertised needs time to be get more qualified applicants and exposure.

Selling products that power your hiring needs is not a position we take lightly. It’s an ongoing commitment to continuously enhance, improve and refactor each product to ensure that your job adverts will function at it’s peak.

How much does it cost to renew?

Each job posting subscription will renew at the current price. If you joined during our introductory pricing, then your renewals are also completed at that price. With the exception of our free trial promotion which will not renew until upgraded to a paid subscription.
